Frequently asked questions
What counts as a ‘page’?
One side of A4 or US Letter. Multi-page PDFs are billed per page. Spreadsheets are billed per visible page when printed. Emails are billed as one page each.
What if we exceed our page allowance?
We bill overages monthly at the per-page rate of the next tier up. No surprise annual reconciliation.
Can we trial Beaqua before committing?

Do you offer a non-profit or public-sector discount?

Where are our documents stored?
EU (Frankfurt) by default. UK-only residency available on Enterprise. Documents are encrypted at rest with per-tenant keys.
Can we delete documents on request?
Yes. The dashboard lets you delete individual documents immediately, or set tenant-wide retention policies (default 30 days on Starter, 1 year on Growth).
