Enforcement
We take policy violations seriously. Our response depends on the severity and frequency of the violation:
- First violation: Written warning via email. We will describe the violation and request immediate correction.
- Repeated violations: Account suspension for a specified period (typically 7-30 days). You will be unable to access the Service but may request reinstatement if you agree to comply.
- Severe or persistent violations: Permanent termination of your account and deletion of your data. No refund of fees will be issued.
Severe violations — including illegal content, security breaches, or harm to individuals — may result in immediate termination without warning.
Reporting abuse
If you believe another user is violating this policy, or if you have discovered abuse, please report it to us immediately:
Email: abuse@m31g.com
Please provide:
- A description of the violation.
- The date and time (if known).
- Any relevant screenshots, document IDs, or other evidence.
- Your contact information.
We will investigate reports within 48 hours and take appropriate action. We keep reports confidential to the extent permitted by law.
Appeals
If we suspend or terminate your account, you can appeal the decision:
- Send a detailed written appeal to contact@m31g.com within 14 days of the suspension or termination notice.
- Explain why you believe the decision was incorrect or why you have corrected the underlying issue.
- We will review your appeal and respond within 14 days.
Appeals are reviewed by a separate team member who did not make the original enforcement decision. If your appeal is upheld, we will reinstate your account and restore your data. If upheld, the suspension or termination stands.
Severe violations (illegal content, security breaches) are not subject to appeal.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. If the change is material (significantly expanding prohibited uses), we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after that notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
